Hi,
Today I'm getting this error when I try to log in. The website login says:
"Unexpected Error - An unexpected error occured while processing the request."
The desktop program says: "Connection could not be openend: An internal server error occurred"
I have submitted a ticket to my hosting service, but if you can give me any pointers why this may happen I would appreciate it. I can log into the MSSQL database via SQL Management Studio just fine, run queries etc. This happens both in the website app and the desktop app. This was working last week and I haven't had any problems with this since I set it up 3 months ago. Very, very weird!

I have resolved the issue. I deleted the last two attachments and now I'm able to log in. Definitely a bug somewhere in WebIssues.

Could you check the event log of WebIssues to see what the errors were?

Hi Michał,
There are only 6 entires in the logfile and they all just list successful logins. I.e.:
Type: Access
Severity: Information
Date: 11/26/2012 4:42 pm
Message: Session opened for user "UserName"
User name: The user
Host name: xx.xxx.xx.xxx
Checked the db, and this is all I have in the log_events table. So not much to see there...
