Subject custom

Hello,

I am using this incredible platform for about a month now.

I saw some comments from 2013y but as i really need this improvement i am going to ask you.

Is it possible to include ID number in mail subject? Mails are sending at every 1 minute, so i don't think it will happen to have 2 IDs in one mail in my case.

I need this because we are two departments who communicate about issues. 1st department is rising the problems and 2nd department is solving them, and they are assigning to each other and we are generating alot of problems, so it is not good idea to use same subject as this will actually include a lot emails in just one correspondence.

Is there any option to add ID in subject, or another unique value in the subject?

There is no such option at the moment. I don't think there is an easy solution to this, other than ensuring that a separate email is sent for each issue, but that would require modifying the whole mechanism.
