Error: "View could not be updated. The remote server closed the connection"

Hi Michal,
I have hosted my webissues server on godaddy for more than a year but for last few weeks I'm having severe connectivity issues.
On certain days webissues (1.1.2) seems to be working fine but on most days it just doesn't work. After 10-50 attempts, I may be able to make one connection to the server but the connection again drops.
I and the users in my organization keep getting following error on the client.

Even we are unable to connect to the server using the browser. The page doesn't load.

I ping the server and ping report looks alright.
I have contacted godaddy support and they seem to have no issue connecting to my server. They say it is something with my internet connection.
I have no issues connecting to any other site using my internet. Except that we are unable to connect to websisues most of the time on certain days.
I know that this has nothing to do with webissues however, I'm writing to you hoping that you might be able to throw some light on the problem that I'm experiencing.

I don't see anything unusual in the WebIssues log. Perhaps you should check the Apache logs.
