Trying to figure out how to assign issues to users and I cant seem to figure it out. Also when I goto edit my public view I don't even have an operation for assigned to.

Also want to be able to create a task and choose which users get notified via email. Is this possible? For instance I assign it to user 1 and they get the notification and I also add user 2 to get notified when changes are made.
You have to create an "Assigned To" attribute when you create a new issue type.
You can use alerts to control email notifications. See the user manual for more information.

I got it figured out I didn't have attributes assigned to the issue types.
Still cant figure out how to assign it to multiple users iv'e selected multiple selection in the attributes but the drop down only allows me to select a single user. I've tired cntrl+click and shift+click.
I was missing attributes under the issue types.
And I you assign to multiple users by using a comma ",".
Now I just need to get my alerts setup correctly
