We are running or IT service on WebIssues and we are very happy with it, we have even developed a web interface for our customers.
We are currently on the ID #96225 and we are wondering whats going to happen when we get to #99999. Is it going to start from 00000 again or will it ad one extra character to the ID?

The ID can go up to 2^31-1 (2147483647) so don't worry, there's still a large margin before you run out of IDs.
