Attachments

Hi,

Does the attachment get deleted when the issue is deleted? Is there a way to delete attachments from cases?

Also is there a way to as well as a comment field have an Email field, so I could copy emails recieved?

Deleting issues is currently not possible; in version 1.0 it will be possible to delete both entire issues and individual attachments.

I'm not sure what do you mean by the second question, could you give more details?

Well I'd like to attach or copy and paste email content so they are saved, but not have them listed as comments.

Well, you can save the email as a file and then add it as attachment to the issue.

Ive just experienced having to delete an issue, how long before this process is added/released ?

Hard to say really. The to do list for version 1.0 is very long and I'm still trying to complete the team. Not earlier than next year though.
