Firstly, this is a great piece of software!
A few enhancement requests (apologies if others have already suggested some of these) ...
1. Remember last Issue filter ie. All History vs Comments & Attachmments etc.
- Find it annoying to keep having to click "Comments & Attachments" each time I login. IMO "Comments & Attachments" should be the default - not "All History".
2. Basic formatting eg. Bold, Italic would be extremely useful in comments.
3. Ability to search all Issues by Comments.
4. When viewing a Issue, view pane should auto-scroll to the end (perhaps make this a preference).

Thanks. Remembering the last filter and auto-scrolling can be done in one of the next patch releases. Formatting and searching are also planned, but this will have to wait for a future version.
