Visual / color indicators of the issue status

Guys, we've been using your solution for about 23 weeks now.
For a starter, it's great but it needs some visual indicators like a colored circle, colored row, each representing the status.
Right now, the application interface it's a bit dull and you have to spend extra time in marking the issues as fixed/closed/etc.

Please add something like :

1. Dropdown list directly on the main view to allow changing the status of the issue
2. When a new comment / file is added to an issue and the status is other than closed/fixed/whatever, automatically change it to Active. Something like the ticketing system has (See Kayako). When one of the party replies, the ticket reopens.
3. Add a new column (or color code the issue row) to indicate the status :
- red active
- green closed/fixed
etc. It's just an example.
