I need to move my WebIssues Server to another Server.

I have WebIssues installed on another server and need to setup a new server with WebIssues. My need to make sure to move the whole database over that web issues is connected to. Are there steps to do this?
What is the the recommended method of doing this?
You need to backup the database and then restore it on the other server using whatever tools are provided by the database.

Thanks. I have setup projects and created new Issues type with new attributes. Will all this come back once I connect back to the database?
Yes, everything (except for large file attachments) is stored in the database.
