Inbox mail should combine the issues based on the heading.
For example, there is an issue with the headline: "Wrong bill number 12345".
Now you receive a new one with the same heading ("Wrong bill number 12345"). The new email/issue should be added/appended to the existing issue.
Is that possible to integrate?

In order to add comments to existing issue you must add the issue ID to the subject. The subject itself may not be unique.
