New bug posts are limited to a certain number of characters.
It should be configurable which field type gets assigned to an input field. Or at least, the text field length of new bugs should be configurable.
Long text fields (as for comments for example) should be used for new bug description.
Attributes are limited to 255 characters, since version 1.1 issues have a description field which can be arbitrarily long.
