first of all: thank you for this beatiful software!
We are using it in a corporate environment with approximately 50 Users.
As we are using it on a daily basis, we got some feature requests for later web issue versions which we would like to suggest.
Right now every attachment is basically handled like a comment. So if you like to post a comment and attach a document related to this comment, you have to first post the comment, and then post the attachment.
In the comment view, then there is no direct relation to the comment.
Especially when you have a lot of comments and attachments in one issue, this might confuse a lot of users.
So it would be a nice improvement, when you can attach an attachment right inside the comment when you write the comment.

Yes, that's clear and I agree that this is somewhat a limitation of Web Issues. The same problem is when you edit an issue and add a comment, there is no direct relation between the changes and the comment. Unfortunately this isn't very straightforward to change, so it would have to wait for a major release.
