So it would be a popular feature to support entries in trac with webissue. So I could manage my Trac Tickets also with webissue.

I don't know the internals of Trac, but it looks like it should be possible to create a plug-in which would be able to communicate with the WebIssues client using the WI protocol. However, this should be a request to the Trac team, not to the WI team ;).
Similar thing could be done for example for Bugzilla. But I think at the moment it's out of scope of WI itself.
