Server v0.8.4 "ERROR: Could not connect to the database server." Debian PHP5+MySQL5

Im trying to get the Server installed but it can't connect to any webserver i have tested xampp with localhost and i have tested real domain to other server.
And it can't seem to connect to the server.
Anyone have any idea?
