How can i translate client app ?

Sure, that would be great. You can find some information here. You can start translating the .ts files included in source packages for version 1.0-beta1 of the client and server.
1. into Desktop Client 0.9.7 i've found *.qm files for translation ! *.ts are for new 1.0-beta1 ?

Ad 1. The binary package contains only .qm files. The .ts files are only included in the source packages.
Ad 2. The executables in the Linguist PHP package are packed using mpress. Unfortunately many antivirus software recognize packed executables as viruses.
