client data won't be updated

Hey guys,

at first, i'm a german people and i don't speek (write) englisch very well. I hope you will understand me.
My problem is:

I use mylyn in eclipse and connect to my repository.
My friend use the IDE Netbeans, so he must use the normal webissue client.

When i request a new task / bug from eclipse, he will see it in the client.
If my friend request with the client a new bug/task i never see it in eclipse.

No update / synchronize effected.
If he updates a ticket, which i create, i will see the changes.

But, so i told, i never see new task, only updated.

Whats wrong ?
