Request: Dropdown list to detect changes added by user

Hello,

One request / suggestion / idea came into my mind.

I have configured a few items as "Dropdown list", I have also enabled option "Allow entering custom values" so if user wants, they can add new ones to the list.

What I have noticed these changes aren't synchronized back to server.

What do you think about an idea while modifying attribute, it would check all possible, currently existing ones and then could represent them to user as for example:

Dropdown list items: * Current Items:
Windows XP
Windows 7
Windows 2000

These fields are submitted by project members, check which you want to add list.

Select all | Deselect all.

[X] Windows 98
[X] Windows Vista
