Bug: Default View, clicking OK gives an error if no settings changed

Hello,

Just noticed this bug.

Recreation:
Manage Views -> Public View Settings... -> click "Modify..." on "Default View".

Now if you don't make any changes, just click "OK", you will get this error:

Command failed: Server returned an invalid response
--

It works if I make changes and click "OK" but I need to always click on "Cancel" if I just wanted to review settings.
