I've been using WebIssues (Web&Win Client) for a couple of weeks now and must say, its just great. You guys nailed it what we needed.
But one thing is a bit disturbing. When I access a Folder with issues, that always the default view 'All Issues' shows up. Would it be possible to set a default View for all Folders for one User in some? Or maybe Im just missing some feature and it is already possible?

It's not directly possible, however you can create alerts for the views that you use most frequently. The Desktop Client displays alerts in the folders tree, so you can open a view directly. In addition, you immediately see when there are new issues in some view.
