Hi Michał,
It would be nice to have an option to put up a web form that would plug data into the WI database online. I know I can write that stuff and use a script to send email etc. but it would be nice to have this built into WI. I saw a thread from March/April this year about it but don't know if anything came of it.

Thank you! I may just put something together with php that can enter an issue into the db. I don't need anything complex so I think I can manage that:)
