I have made some tests on software. It's really easy and clear steps to use.
Here my suggestions:
1- Printing or exporting pdf/excel etc. from webissues
2- A filter option in view definition screen for marked as read or unread issue items.
3- Member assignment based on folder in projects.
4- Attribute display on/off optionality while new record of issue.
5- Grouping of users and of course user group assignment to a project.
I will continue listing any kind of program enhancements here :)

Printing and exporting is already possible in the desktop client. Of course you can print from a browser as well.
Most other suggestions are already somewhere on my to do list. Especially groups and some more control over user's permissions.
