could include a module load issues?
For example given the following scenario:
I have a project that has 100 monitoring, then:
Step 1: I create a file in a spreadsheet with all activities
Step 2: I think the form for the poyecto
Step 3: Import activities from the spreadsheet, taking into account the order of the form created in Webissues
Step 4: In the main window will be created all the issues contained in the spreadsheet.
What you think of the idea?

It wouldn't be difficult to write a script for importing a .csv file, but it's unlikely that it will become part of WebIssues in the foreseeable future.
