What would be the chances of possibly adding a check box and/or a radio button to the attribute list.
A Radio Button could be listed in the comments as Selected or Unselected on changing and a Check Box could be listed as Ticked and Un-ticked.
This would make it have pretty much all the elements needed on 98% of any form.
Just a thought :)
+1 agree. Adding both a check box, and a radio button would be perfect.
