WebIssues Server requires the mbstring extension.

Hi,

I updated the php.ini details to include mbstring.dll and also the extensions path, but I still get the "WebIssues Server requires the mbstring extension." message from webissue. I resrarted the httpd server and even restarted the computer.

any Idea what can be wrong?

I am getting this below error

WebIssues Server requires the mbstring extension.

I have installed PHP 5.2.10 through windows installer.
Have copied php_mbstring in C:PHP/ext folder and uncommented the extension in php.ini

PHP is working properly ,but when i copy webissues in root directory.This issues in comming up.

Any immediate help is highly appriciated.
