When replying in web client, I often find myself opening second tab with the same issue just to be able to copy parts of earlier comments or just to assure myself the response doesn't fall out of topic.
Adding latest comments (sometimes there is more than one comment that I need to address) to the view would help a lot. Other solution would be to add 'add comment' frame directly in the issue view.
