I upgraded my system to v1.1.1 and in my project there is an attribute called 'Assigned to' and in dropdown lists there, all users are available, not only the users permitted to that particular project and it takes time to select correct user. But this worked fine in previous versions, so how to make it display only users available for that project.

If you are adding an issue from the 'All Projects' node, the list of users is currently not filtered. It works when you add an issue directly in the folder.
