I'm unable to find a functioning link for the Eclipse Mylyn-WebIssues connector.
All "official sites" are apparently non-functional.
I tried:
The link from the WebIssues site http://code.google.com/a/eclipselabs.org/p/mylyn-webissues/
And get 404 The requested URL /a/eclipselabs.org/mylyn-webissues/trunk/update-site was not found on this server.
Eclipse Marketplace:

And get:
