Greetings Webissues team,
We are using Webissues (version 1.1.2) from past 2 or 2.5 years. So recently our product team needs emails when someone update any issue(s). Than we read Webissues documentation and we got to know this functionality is present in this version of Webissues i.e. Cron Job.
But the problem is we are not getting emails from the system, all the settings are correct even after testing connection from email settings we are getting email.
One thing we notice that could be a problem is the cron job taking too much time to execute (aprox. 3 hours) and suddenly stopped due to time out.
Please help me how do I solve this problem.
My guess is that there is some kind of an error which makes the cron job to never finish correctly, you would have to check the logs.
