I am trying to assign one of my admins to a new ticket but am not able to. When I click on "assign" then value, it's greyed out and a user is not presented to chose.
Select the "Value" radio button first, that will enable the drop down list.
Assigning issue to user, when used locally (apache&mysql) installed on my computer it works fine but, I have just installed webissues server on remote host, connected to this host and then while assigning to (clicking value) to existing users, the drop-down is disabled such as it doesn't return the list of created users.
Could you please assist to clarify this issue.
I am experiencing same issue.
Server: webissues-server-0.8.5 on debian
Client: webissues-portable-0.9.7.paf on win xp
I have created new issue (Task) in portable client loged in as admin.
Whe I click on Asigned to, switch to radio button "Value", there is no options in drop-down menu.
I have created two regular users before.
Select the "Value" radio button first, that will enable the drop down list.
Regards,
Michał

My fault...
There were no persons assigned to the project.
Now everything works fine
