User must change password at next logon - Will accept any password

Using version 1.1-rc1

When logging in for the first time, the user entered an incorrect password, but it still took them to change password screen to have them change it. Not knowing they entered the wrong PW, they filled in their new password and updated. But the password was not updated/changed because they had used the wrong password initially.

So instead of moving to the change password screen, it should have given them an error for incorrect password.
