Hi I'm receiving the following warning everytime cron is executed.
Ignored inbox email from unknown address "root@a2plcpnl0618.prod.iad2.secureserver.net"
Emails are going in and out without problem, but not sure why I keep receiving that warning over and over....
Configuration....
Email:
(Custom SMTP server)
Email address of the server: tracker@aural9.com
Server name: a2plcpnl0618.prod.iad2.secureserver.net
Port number: 465
Encryption mode: SSL
User name: tracker@aural9.com
Inbox Settings
same setting except the port number
Mailbox name: tracker@aural9.com
both of the settings test correctly... I'm not sure why is trying to access "root@..."
Thanks,
Luis

It looks like there are some emails in the inbox that come from this address. It's not associated with any user, so WebIssues gives a warning. You should look into that inbox and perhaps set up some sort of a filter or blacklist.

Michał
Oh wow! you are right, there was an email from "cron daemon", I went to the inbox and delete it! that seems to solve the issue!
Thanks Michal!
I'm not sure if there is any value, I assume that it happened during the setup of cron (thru GoDaddy's cPanel access), but just in case, this was the email...
