I had WI installed on an Windows server with PHP5.3. I upgraded PHP to 7.2 and since then, WI is not working. Is there anything i can do to force WI to work with 5.3 so that i will not have to uninstall 7.2?
OK, to answer my own question, i went to PHP manager in the site in IIS, and changed the PHP version from 7.2 to 5.3. Took me some time to find it but problem solved. :)
Any more news on that (given the fact that this is probably a one-man show)? What features to expect, or if you are currently have time to spend on it?
Yes, I've been working on it quite a lot recently. It's a major rewrite with a new UI using more modern technologies (especially Vue.js), so the first step is to recreate the existing features. Actually it's not that far for completion, I don't want to give a specific deadline yet, but it's a matter of months rather than years :). Once the rewrite is done, I will think about adding new features.
Wow, it's been a year. Honestly, not much has been going on with WebIssues during that time, I was swamped in a few commercial projects. In the summer I completed the biggest remaining part and just a few days ago I started working on the final details. So, fingers crossed, if everything goes well, I should be able to release the first beta by the end of this year, though you see what happened the last time I wrote that :).

Thanks for letting me know about this problem. I will add support for PHP 7.x in version 2.0 of WebIssues.

Hey, great news! Thanks for the update Michał.
Hi Michał.
Is there a specific web page in which we could find updates on the v2.0 progress? In Github, it's not very clear what's going on with the project.
Thanks.

:) Yes, i know what you mean. As i saw on another site, the intentions were good and honest but Real Life (tm) always gets in the way. :)
Thanks for the update anyway and indeed, keeping fingers crossed.
