When editing - all is ok, symbol ' displays as "

Which version exactly do you mean and how can this problem be reproduced?
server 0.8.5
client 0.9.6 windows
when i editing attribute i see for example LTD "example' (in the window set value)
whrn i view issue i see that value of attribute as LTD "example"
