Creating Numeric min-max issuetype

While creating a numeric issue type with a min of 0 and a max of 100 (like 'progress') I'll get the error "command could not be executed (332 invalid format)".

When leaving the max value blank there isn't a problem at all

A numeric value with decimals and a min-max value is working great!

It's only happening from the client, from the webinterface it's working correctly as expected
