hey, this app might be simple, but in the Netherlands there is a populair issue tracking software (for a helpdesk), which kosts money, and the UI really sucks. i think you're already close to what it can do already ;-)
Thanks! I think that sometimes simple is better; with a few more features (like searching and filtering) the application can become quite usable and perhaps one day it will be able to compete with commercial apps :).
