In the email:
Folder 'Bug List'
* Issue #43: 'New Issue' last modified by Administrator on 2009-10-20 01:20
In the Clent:
* Issue #43: 'New Issue' last modified by Administrator on 2009-10-20 09:20
it is 8 hours different between the client and email notification.
I tried to set the timezone same as the server at the client and +0800. But the result is same.
May I know how to set the time so as email and client will be same time.
Please advice.

Yeah, the date in the email is always displayed using the local time zone of the server. Instead it should use client's time zone as configured in user preferences (I believe the client date is displayed correctly?).
