E-mail notifications

Hi there,

Wonderfull application!

A Problem with e-mail notifications though. I'm sending with SMTP and received the test message, so that should be working fine. I've installed the cron and in the event logs I get a Cron job started, Cronjob finished, no errors. But also no 'Sent # of # Issues'.

I've made multiple changes to an issue. Am I missing something? Do I have to mark an issue for notification? (Read something like this in the forum). I'm using WAMP server by the way.

Also, I'd like to send notifications instantly (or every minute). I read about the notify_min_span parameter, where can I find it? How does this work with the schedule in the user preferences?
