Eclipse Mylyn Connector 0.16.3 (works with Webissues 1.0)

Hi,

The Eclipse Mylyn Connector has been updated to work with Webissues 1.0. If you already have it installed, just use Help -> Check For Updates in Eclipse and you should get the new version.
