My Web Issues Desktop Client can't connect to my webissue server

I have already been setup my webissues server on ipage.com, and my team actually is getting used to it.
Unfortunately, i cannot connect using my web issues 64-bit desktop client. Any Ideas?
I can use your awesome program through my webserver + webclient. Unfortunately, your desktop client program cannot connect through my host.
Is there a firewall issue of some sort here? or my webhost has a security that i am not aware of?
FYI: I am using windows 7 64-bit edition and my webhost is on debian linux.
What exactly does "cannot connect" mean? Is there any error message?
Generally, if you are able to open the web client, you should also be able to connect using the desktop client, because it's using the same HTTP protocol.
It just says "connection could not be opened; The requested URL was not found."
here's my webserver's url for your reference. http://issues.g2g-dev-grp.com
That's strange, even when I open http://issues.g2g-dev-grp.com/server/webissues/handler.php with my browser, it says "Page Not Found". Are you sure this file isn't missing?

Ooh.. I overlooked to transfer your server folder.
I can now connect with my desktop client.
Thank you so much. ;)
