An error occurred while uploading the file

I'm new to webissues.

When trying to upload a file I get the following error: An error occurred while uploading the file
I use IE and Ubuntu with apache2 server and php5 installed.

When using the Webissues Desktop Client (on windows) I get a similar error: Command Failed: File could not be uploaded.

I would appreciate any help

Looks like your PHP is incorrectly configured. I'd suggest reading the PHP documentation, starting with http://php.net/manual/en/features.file-upload.common-pitfalls.php. BTW, the WebIssues manual also contains this link :).
