'Case assigned to you' notification

Firstly, great job with WebIssues!

Is it possible with the current version (1.0.3) to setup alerts so that if a case is assigned to a user that user get emailed?

I know if they are setup to receive alerts for a folder they will get an email, but, so will everybody else who has alerts setup.

I want to be able to alert a user that they have a case assigned to them, or has changed but don't want to email everyone else as it doesn't concern them.

Hope that makes sense.


You can create a view which displays only issues assigned to the current user. Then you can create an alert based on that view and you will receive notifications only about assigned issues.
