Is it possible to use Desktop Client offline

Hi!

I'm looking into trying WebIssues.

Is it possible to add issues to the Desktop Client while offline, and that it syncs as soon as it goes online.

I'm working with control systems programming I am onsite somtimes when internet connection has not been installed yet and where mobile coverage is not the best...
