First, I love this tool! I have been searching for something like this for a long time and am very excited to have finally found something that meets my needs. The Windows client application makes this utility stand above the rest.
With that said, I have several questions about functionality. If these are not possible currently, please consider this a request for enhancements.
1.) Can you create sub-projects?
What I am looking for would be like a nested project structure. Say I create project 'X" and I then want to create a module project under it for example.
2.) Can you create sub-folders?
Along the lines above this would be a nested folder. Create a folder called 'Bugs/Enhancements' then underneath create folders for each 'Version' of the product. This would allow for moving an item into the version folder when the bug is complete. I have already added a tag feature to show version of implementation but if you have a large amount of bugs this can become cumbersome.
3.) Can you create project templates?
For each project I create I current use three structures. 'Bugs/Enhancements' as a Bug type, 'Completed' as a bug type and 'Tasks' as a Task type. It would be great to have this structure automatically created as part of the project. Possibly define the project structure and be able to use it as a template?
4.) Can you set the default view to be custom?
I have created a custom view but I cannot seem to find a way to set it to default. The default always shows the 'All Issues' view. It would be great to be able to save a view and set it as default (per user).

Thanks. You can set the default view, but unfortunately only through system-wide view settings, not per user. The three other functions are currently not implemented, but these are all good ideas for future versions.
