Is possible change Issue type after receive

I have new Issue Type created for new arrived issues as "Nezaradene"

When I am try move this request into other folder, then system say´s me that no available destination folder (with same type)

Is possible change Issue Type after receiving email issue ?

No, it's not possible to change the type of an existing issue.
