Password is not saved in portable client

I have portable client installed, working well, but passsword is no saved, regardless check box is checked or no

You might be running the portable client in read-only mode. Try deleting the file Data\settings\portable.ini and run it again, then you should be able to select the "Store settings and cache" mode. Note, however, that the saved password will only work when you run WebIssues on the same machine.
