connection from web issues client to my server

Hello
I installed a server instance without problems. This instance is accessible by browser and https: // (safari, firefox, chrome, opera). I then installed the WebIssues client and the connection to the server is refused: "a secure connection could not be established". If anyone could tell me what to change to allow this connection.
