The project tree of WI 1.5 allows the issue handling by project. After upgrading to WI 2.0 it's necessary to know the type of an issue to setup the issue filter.
This leads to serious barriers for our occasional users and in most of our use cases...
It's very difficult to find an issue without knowing it's type.
Is it possible to switch the initial filter attribute from "issue type" to "project"?
Because of the way WebIssues is designed, it's hard to display issues of different types in one view. However, you can select the first type, then select the project, and then you can switch between types and the project is preserved.
