well..
cron.php is ruuning fine
notify_min_span is also configured correctly
notify_template parameter is also selected .............
but the problem we are facing is in our emails there is nothing in the subject and the body and but when ever their is a change in that notification enabled folder we get emails promptly..
if you could advice us on the same it would be great............

Try entering the full path to the template file in the configuration file (see this thread for more information), although this problem was supposed to be fixed in version 0.8.5.
