My IT team says they are unable to enable POP3 or IMAP only to particular mail ID, if enabled it will enable to all mail ID in lotus domino mail server, they are not willing to do it,
any alternate solution to implement inbox?

I've gotten same problem.
When i do "inbox setting" --> Click "Test Connection" button-> System raise error message:
Inbox error: [CLOSED] IMAP connection broken (server response)
what should I do to pass this case?
