The new version v1.1.1've seen that has an option to "respond" issues. However, when I reply to a comment the mail is not sent. I set up an alert to the responses of the comments?

The Reply command simply adds a new comment, quoting an existing one. To send emails, you have to set up alerts or subscribe to the issue.
